Job summary

Loop AI is seeking an Enterprise Delivery strategist within Strategy & Operations to steward value delivered to enterprise customers through our Balance finance product. You will own key customer outcomes, drive time-to-value, and shape the implementation roadmap across Sales, Product Operations and Customer Success.

You will obsess over metrics, build playbooks, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to ensure 10‑star value delivery while maintaining Loop’s customer obsession and fast‑moving

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in finance, FP&A or accounting in D2C, E‑commerce, CPG, hospitality or restaurant industries.
• Senior finance leadership roles (controller, manager, or director) across accounting, FP&A and treasury.
• Strong sales capabilities; able to sell products, ideas or projects.
• Ability to break complex problems into manageable parts and design processes.
• Comfort with metrics, funnels and dashboards.
• Proven leadership while also performing IC responsibilities.
• Understand business problems and tradeoffs to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
• Demonstrates Loop's values of ownership, customer obsession and speed.
• Holds CFA/CPA charter and committed to growth.

Responsibilities

• Own key customer value metrics and drive outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Build playbooks for sales and customer support functions.
• Oversee internal processes across analytics, product surfaces, content and communications for value delivery.
• Monitor and improve agentic workflows, prompts and templates for customers.
• Collaborate with GTM/Customer Success to own implementation and roadmaps.
