Summary
Aeroseal is seeking a Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager, Commercial to partner with the EVP/GM of our Commercial business unit and senior staff. The role involves understanding the market, developing plans that contribute to business growth, and coordinating with content, communications, growth, sales enablement, events, and digital marketing teams. Collaboration is essential.

To succeed, you should have experience in marketing, communications, advertising, events, and PR strategies, preferably in fast-paced environments within construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or related fields. Experience working with senior sales leaders and product managers, with the ability to listen, learn, and present proposals compellingly, is crucial.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in relevant fields.
  • Proven success in leading marketing strategies in partnership with senior sales and business leaders, contributing to business growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and ability to build trust with senior peers.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Design and implement scalable marketing strategies for major business lines, tailored to segments.
  • Transform marketing from reactive to strategic, aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
Operational Execution
  • Coordinate delivery of strategic plans with marketing teams.
  • Own accountability for results, optimizing performance.
  • Manage the voice of Aeroseal among builders, raters, and home buyers, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and communications.
Technical & Industry Expertise
  • Leverage understanding of building performance, HVAC, ventilation, and construction lifecycle to tailor strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry and marketing trends.
  • Position Aeroseal's offerings effectively in the residential new construction sector.
Estimated pay range is $125,000-$140,000, based on experience, skills, knowledge, and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401K with match, parental leave, stock options, on-site fitness, learning reimbursement, flexible PTO, and a dog-friendly workplace. Additional bonus participation may be available.
