Position Overview

The Director, Aftermarket & Service Sales is responsible for overseeing commercial activities including Service and Software Support Contracts, Qualifications, Training, Fixed Price Products, Parts, Consumables, and Software Licenses. You will apply your leadership skills to develop front-line managers and Sales Associates, enhancing customer experience and loyalty. This role manages multiple teams contributing to top-line growth and profitability in the Americas Aftermarket business.

This position reports to the Sr Director, Americas Service, and is based in the United States with a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and execute sales strategies aligned with business priorities.
  2. Partner with Operations and Customer Service to ensure regional sales goals are met.
  3. Lead sales funnel and forecasting activities, utilizing CRM tools.
  4. Participate in annual budget development and performance delivery.
  5. Establish processes, metrics, and compensation programs; build a high-performance team.
  6. Support development and succession planning for aftermarket associates.
  7. Drive results through a metrics-driven, continuous improvement culture.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Life Sciences.
  • Proven ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to communicate with senior management.
  • Strategic and sales execution skills.
  • Understanding of customer business goals and strategies.
Additional Requirements
  • Up to 50% travel; valid passport and driver's license required.
  • Preferred experience with analytical instruments, LCMS, Oracle, and Salesforce.
Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $135,000–$140,000, plus bonus/incentives. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k). Additional details provided during the interview process.
