As part of RealPage’s Mixed Use division marketing team, focusing on Buildium, Propertyware, and All Property Management, you’ll work in an entrepreneurial environment that values autonomy and innovation, with a supportive team that celebrates creativity and bold ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Position products, lead launches, analyze competitors, and develop packaging strategies. You’ll be a collaborative driver, always keeping the customer at the center of your work to craft compelling value propositions, messaging, pricing, and packaging.
  • Contribute to growth by developing go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and marketing campaigns for new products and features, from conception to execution.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap and market strategy, aiming to differentiate our offerings and maximize revenue.
  • Design and implement pricing and packaging strategies to enhance revenue and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
  • Create impactful content such as sales documents, videos, website copy, and more to showcase our products’ benefits.
  • Educate customers, demonstrate product breadth, and promote feature adoption.
  • Present internally and externally to tell the story of our products.
  • Help improve cross-functional processes and execution strategies for go-to-market initiatives.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, capable of communicating complex value propositions clearly
  • Experience in positioning, packaging, and pricing models
  • Proven ability to work across teams—marketing, product, engineering, sales, customer success
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to synthesize data and deliver insights
  • Experience with SaaS software companies is required
  • BA degree preferred; experience is more important than education
