The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. The role is part of the in-home division supporting multiple brands across the homecare, home health, and hospice industries.

While this position is largely centered around coordination and execution, there will be plenty of opportunities to contribute creatively to marketing strategy, audience engagement, and content development. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, can roll up their sleeves to execute in a fast-paced environment while staying organized, and brings fresh ideas to the table. This role reports to the Director of Marketing for the In-Home division.

Duties

Campaign Execution

  • Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, paid search, display, and SEO using HubSpot.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets, messaging, and timelines align with campaign goals.
  • Use Asana to manage campaign workflows, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize in real-time to improve performance.
  • Partner closely with BDR and Sales teams to drive pipeline through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Own list sourcing, segmentation, and enrichment to support outbound campaigns and sales engagement.
  • Ensure alignment on lead follow-up strategies and track outcomes to improve marketing-to-sales handoffs.

Content & Social Media

  • Create and repurpose content that supports lead generation, nurtures prospects, and builds brand awareness.
  • Ensure content is timely, relevant, and tailored to healthcare software buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to maintain brand voice and credibility across all platforms.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead outcomes using HubSpot dashboards.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to testing strategies.
  • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and marketing best practices to inform content and campaign strategies.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience working with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to repurpose content visually and creatively across multiple formats and channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing management tools (HubSpot, Asana).
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Healthcare or senior care industry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person events.
  • Experience in a fast paced environment or startup is a plus.
