We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic, virtual team. We are dedicated to driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and producing meaningful data insights to improve strategic decisions for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. This role involves keyword research, SEO optimization, pay per click (PPC) management, paid social ads management, reporting and analysis, local search marketing, and managing independent contractors.

• Conduct keyword research and develop strategies for organic and paid search.
• Implement SEO tactics, including content optimization and link building (excluding black hat techniques).
• Manage the strategy, direction and research of our PPC campaigns and execute the strategy through Independent Contractors. .
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data insights to drive strategic changes.
• Manage Google Business Profile listings and local search marketing efforts.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage independent contractors specializing in PPC advertising.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve client goals.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing SEM efforts for a digital agency, including paid search, paid social and SEO.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, paid social platforms, and PPC best practices.
• Deep ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and turn data into strong insights.
• Experience with keyword research and tracking platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, reporting, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Google Ads Certified Professional, Google Ads Display Network, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification.
• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate

Additional Information:

• This position is remote. Preference will be given to those candidates located in Florida.
• Requires constant and reliable internet access, a distraction-free workspace, and a cell phone capable of running a virtual phone extension app.
