Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the referral process for our home health services in the Midwest. You will identify home health needs, verify benefits, and coordinate care while cultivating strong relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Responsible for the complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verifying benefits, and coordinating care.
• Cultivate new and existing relationships resulting in company growth.
• Initiate and expand referral network.
• Comply with all aspects of the company's compliance and HIPPA regulations.
• One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience or a combination of each.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end referral process to ensure timely and accurate placement of clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive growth.
• Expand the referral network to increase patient intake and service coverage.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies across all referral activities.
• Collaborate with care teams to align services with client needs.
