The ideal candidate will have marketing or home health experience, a valid driver's license, and a proactive approach to driving growth and quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verifying benefits, and coordinating care.
• Cultivate new and existing relationships to drive company growth.
• Initiate and expand the referral network.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and HIPAA regulations.
