Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking an in-home Registered Nurse in Indiana to join our clinician team. You will perform patient visits at home, assess health needs, administer care, and coordinate with families and the broader care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, autonomy, and personalized patient care within the home setting. A valid Indiana RN license and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Current license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home care experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
