Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to join the Mid-Atlantic Marketing Team. You will collaborate with engineering pursuit groups across PA, VA, MD, WV, the Carolinas, and DC, guiding proposals and presentations from concept to win.

You’ll shape strategy with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling campaigns and client-focused materials. Responsibilities include coordinating proposals, supporting presentation phases, and crafting win strategies while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or
• In lieu of degree 6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat; familiarity with CRM
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to organize and support proposal/presentation phases

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, and may lead qualification packages, proposals and leave-behinds for pursuits
• Support the presentation phase of the pursuit
• Assist pursuit teams in developing win strategies
• Organize and support message development for pursuit presentations
• Facilitate pursuit strategy meetings
• Prepare materials for internal and external meetings and client presentations
• Coordinate division PR activities and project announcements
