Job summary

Phoenix Staff, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a well‑established organization in the commercial interiors industry. The role focuses on event marketing, social media, client engagement, and branding communications, while supporting RFP responses and a brand rollout.

You will work closely with leadership, the sales team, and an external marketing agency to deliver polished, on‑brand marketing materials and campaigns that strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated stability and a track record of results.
• Broad marketing experience in small to midsize orgs with multi-function scope.
• Experience planning events, coordinating client engagement initiatives, and developing communications.
• Experience supporting social media activities, campaigns and client-facing content.
• Experience coordinating RFP responses and proposals for sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional marketing materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with end-to-end ownership.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with leadership, sales, and external partners.
• Formal credentials are valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute client events and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, materials, communications and follow-up.
• Support social media presence and coordinate with external agency.
• Develop client-facing materials and promotional communications.
• Assist with Brand Launch and rollout across materials and channels.
• Support RFP responses and proposals, ensuring brand alignment and deadlines.
