• Experience with client engagement, event planning and social media.
• Experience coordinating RFP responses and supporting sales/business development.
• Previous involvement in a company rebranding or brand refresh is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing rebranding efforts with external agency and update materials to reflect the new brand.
• Coordinate and prepare RFP responses, develop proposals and presentations, and maintain templates.
• Plan and execute client events and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing partners to support business development.
