Title:Marketing Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site, Monday–Friday)

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000

We are partnering with an established company in the commercial interiors industry that is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Specialist to join its team. The company is currently in the middle of a rebrand, making this a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who has been involved in a similar effort and enjoys helping shape how a business presents itself to the market.

This is a varied role with an emphasis on rebranding, RFP responses, client engagement, and marketing communications. You’ll work closely with company leadership, the sales organization, and an outside marketing agency to support business development efforts, coordinate events, and help strengthen the company’s presence in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Rebranding & Marketing

• Play an important role in the company’s ongoing rebranding efforts, working alongside an outside marketing agency to help bring the new brand to life.
• Help update marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and other communications to reflect the company’s evolving brand.
• Support social media, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives in collaboration with the outside agency.
• Bring creative ideas to the table and identify opportunities to improve how the company presents itself to clients and the market.

RFP Responses & Sales Support

• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs and other business development opportunities.
• Gather and organize information from internal teams to develop well-written, professional proposals and presentations.
• Help maintain proposal templates, marketing materials, and other resources used in RFP responses.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, consistent with the company’s brand, and completed within required deadlines.

Client Engagement & Events

• Plan and coordinate client events, engagement activities, and other initiatives that help strengthen customer relationships.
• Develop marketing communications and materials supporting client outreach and business development.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales on creative ways to engage existing and prospective clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Tenure. Somehow who has evidenced results with the tenure of their previous employers.
• Ideally looking for someone from a small or midsized business where you’ve been involved in several aspects of marketing.
• Previous involvement in a company rebranding itself or significant brand refresh is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating RFP responses, developing proposals, and supporting sales or business development teams.
• Experience with client engagement, event planning, marketing communications, and social media.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• A creative mindset combined with the ability to execute, manage multiple priorities, and follow through.
• Someone comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership, sales, and outside marketing partners.
• A marketing or related degree is welcome, but relevant experience and a demonstrated track record are more important.

Industry experience is not required. We’re more interested in finding someone who brings creativity, initiative, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities while helping the company through an exciting period of change.

This is a full-time, in-office / fully onsite opportunity in Phoenix.
