Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and public awareness campaigns using advertising, events, email, social media, and promotions.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials and outreach collateral.
• Support community meetings, workshops, and outreach events.
• Coordinate event logistics, staffing, materials, and site requirements.
• Monitor website and social media content for accuracy.
• Gather and analyze customer and public feedback and prepare reports.
• Write, proofread, and edit public information and marketing content.
• Conduct outreach to businesses and community organizations and help develop partnerships.
• Track communication metrics, maintain databases, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and community partners.

This entry-level role assists with marketing campaigns, community engagement, events, social media, and communications targeting diverse audiences throughout Orange County.This is a non-exempt position in salary grade 170: Min – $34.61 | Mid – $41.12| Max – $47.62/hour.
