Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of professional marketing, promotions, or events experience (Senior level).
• Strong sales, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing and managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Spanish language proficiency required for both levels.

Min – $36.86 | Mid – $44.03 | Max – $51.20/hr.Marketing Specialist, Senior is an exempt position in salary grade 190.
