PIC Wire & Cable, a premier aerospace connectivity leader in Wisconsin, seeks a marketing professional to elevate content, campaigns, and digital presence.

You will drive product launches, manage paid media, optimize site content with SEO/SEM, and analyze performance using HubSpot, GA, and GTM. This role blends creative content with data-driven strategy in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience; aerospace, defense, or B2B experience preferred.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); Canva experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including end-to-end email marketing campaign execution.

Responsabilidades

• Manage marketing projects, timelines, advertising placements, and deliverables to ensure campaigns and materials are executed on schedule.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Reddit, and emerging digital platforms.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and industry events through promotional materials, booth graphics, logistics, and on-site customer engagement.
• Optimize website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO while leveraging Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve search visibility and understand customer behavior.
