Job summary

PIC Wire & Cable is seeking a marketing professional to elevate our brand and products through engaging content, creative campaigns, and digital marketing across events and online channels. You will support product launches, strengthen brand awareness, enable sales initiatives, and expand our digital presence.

The role requires a 4+ year marketing background, preferably in aerospace/defense or B2B, with design skills in Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 4+ years of marketing experience; aerospace/defense or B2B preferred.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Canva a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content and campaigns to support product launches and brand awareness.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and industry events with promotional materials and on-site engagement.
• Optimize website content for SEO, on-page analytics, and geo/air/targeted visibility using GA and GTM.

In this role, you'll bring our brand and products to life through engaging content, creative campaigns, digital marketing, and industry events. You'll play an important role in supporting product launches, strengthening brand awareness, enabling sales initiatives, and expanding our digital presence. From developing marketing materials and managing social media to analyzing campaign performance, you'll help ensure our marketing efforts make an impact across our entire portfolio.

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Manage marketing projects, timelines, advertising placements, and deliverables to ensure campaigns and materials are executed on schedule.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Reddit, and emerging digital platforms.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and industry events through promotional materials, booth graphics, logistics, and on-site customer engagement.
• Optimize website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO while leveraging Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to improve search visibility and understand customer behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience; aerospace, defense, or B2B experience preferred.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); Canva experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including end-to-end email marketing campaign execution.
