Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and at least one year of related professional experience, or two years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization (GEO) principles for improving visibility in AI-driven search experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives across Brand, Operations Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth, ensuring projects align with objectives.
• Assist in developing, scheduling, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns for service companies and Unlimited Service Group.
• Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, content coordination, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Support SEO, SEM, and GEO initiatives for AI-driven search through content optimization, keyword implementation, and performance monitoring.
• Support Sales Enablement by developing and distributing sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Assist with local and company-wide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, and communications.
• Support Digital Growth initiatives to increase website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Assist with vendor coordination, materials, branded merchandise, print projects, and other marketing needs.
• Balance multiple projects and communicate priorities and status to stakeholders.

Compensation: $26.44 per hour

Location: On-site at any of our 150+ office locations. Fully remote after 6 months of proven responsibility

The Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, collaborative member of the marketing team responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across Brand, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth. This role helps bring marketing strategies to life through coordinated campaigns, digital marketing, content, social media, sales support, events, and other marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive marketer who is comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who wants broad exposure to multiple areas of marketing while developing expertise in brand management, digital marketing, sales enablement, and marketing operations.

A Typical Day

• Support marketing initiatives across Brand and Operations, Sales Enablement, and Digital Growth, helping ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Assist in the development, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns for service companies and Unlimited Service Group as assigned.
• Support email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, content coordination, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Support SEO, SEM, and generative engine optimization (GEO) initiatives for AI-driven search by assisting with content optimization, keyword and query implementation, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Support Sales Enablement initiatives by assisting with the development and distribution of sales collateral, presentations, promotional materials, campaigns, and other resources that help sales teams engage customers and prospects.
• Assist with local and company-wide marketing initiatives, brand consistency, promotional programs, and communications.
• Support Digital Growth initiatives designed to increase website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Assist with vendor coordination, promotional materials, branded merchandise, print projects, and other marketing-related needs as assigned.
• Balance multiple projects and requests across the marketing organization while communicating priorities, deadlines, and project status to appropriate stakeholders.
• Perform additional marketing responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
