Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Specialist focused on the Durables category, supporting a variety of brands. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact, paid marketing campaigns that amplify brand visibility, fuel customer acquisition, and accelerate revenue growth across WebstaurantStore and The Restaurant Store platforms.
As part of a team that functions like an internal agency, you’ll act as an account manager for our durables vendor partners, serving as their go-to marketing strategist within the organization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Strategizing for Success: Support the development, planning, and execution of paid vendor marketing strategies that align with business goals and category priorities.
- Expanding Our Network: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partnership opportunities across relevant categories and industries to strengthen our vendor ecosystem.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong, proactive communication with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and campaign execution.
- Campaign Coordination: Lead the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with vendor and internal objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including design, content, and merchant teams—to ensure campaigns are cohesive and impactful.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure vendor brand guidelines are consistently upheld across all marketing touchpoints.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear, data-driven presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities to help shape forward-thinking marketing strategies.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Remote Work Qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.

Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferred, in marketing or any field related to category management, product development, product positioning, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office – strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
- Experience in Power BI or analytical platforms a plus
- Business Proficiency in English is required
