Addison Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support revenue growth initiatives across multiple markets. This role will execute marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, lead generation, and create marketing collateral in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, with hands-on experience in digital advertising, CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot), website management, SEO, and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

This individual will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to build campaigns, manage digital platforms, coordinate projects, analyze performance, and create marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing, paid advertising, CRM and marketing automation platforms, website management, email marketing, and analytics. This role requires someone who can balance creative thinking with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and sales efforts across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to implement campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using CRM, prospecting, and data platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing and business development efforts.
  • Support new market launches and other strategic growth projects.
  • Create marketing collateral and campaign assets to support the sales organization.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, and other marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Website Management
  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and other paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Coordinate website content updates, landing pages, and routine enhancements with external partners.
  • Support SEO and AEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
  • Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance and make recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Marketing Campaign Management
  • Build and launch email marketing campaigns and sequences using HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Create landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and other campaign assets.
  • Build audience lists using CRM data and third-party prospecting tools.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns under the direction of marketing leadership.

Marketing Technology
  • Build and maintain marketing assets within HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.

Social Media Support
  • Assist with the execution of corporate social media strategy.
  • Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify stories, photos, and marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports.
Marketing Content & Creative Support
  • Create digital marketing assets, presentations, sales materials, and promotional collateral.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing materials.
  • Assist with maintaining brand consistency across marketing channels.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance across digital marketing channels.
  • Prepare recurring marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Document observations and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Sales, Customer Care, Operations, and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Support additional marketing projects and department initiatives as assigned.
