Position Overview

Working directly with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist & Copywriter will write and publish content across various channels, manage end-to-end trade show logistics, lead educational webinars, and support company goals in all interactions with customers and internal teams. This role communicates medical device and RPM/CCM/RTM concepts to key healthcare decision-makers (hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, pharmacies, physicians, nurses, and office managers) and collaborates closely with our global cross-functional teams, including our team in Taiwan.

Duties and Responsibilities

Copywriting, Content Strategy & Collateral Management

• Research industry-related topics and create well-structured, engaging copy across email, advertisements, websites, blogs, social media, event materials, video scripts, internal/external communications, and sales collateral.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread written pieces before publication to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
• Maintain the literature library and product support materials, including product manuals, sell sheets, print brochures, product guides, and educational materials.
• Proactively communicate with existing customers and partners to understand pain points, developing marketing and implementation materials to ensure program adherence.

Tradeshows, Events & Webinar Management

• Research potential industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars aligned with company growth strategy.
• Handle complete trade show coordination from start to end, including registration, booth setup, event vendor communications, travel arrangements, and attending/exhibiting at events as necessary.
• Develop and lead webinar sessions aimed at securing new clients, driving revenue, and educating healthcare professionals.

Social Media, Business Support, and Skill Sets

• Create and assist with ongoing digital marketing programs, including social media outreach content calendars.
• Follow closely the Medicare Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) market trends to identify customer needs and recommend strategic new content topics.
• Work with sales and management teams to develop outreach strategies and monitor performance across target business segments (hospitals, long-term care facilities, pharmacies, clinics, and large health organizations).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to proofreading and editing.
• Timely cross-cultural collaboration with international teams (e.g., design team in Taiwan).
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for specific projects, conferences, and trade show events as required.
• Perform additional tasks, duties, and project-based work as directed by upper management.

Education & Experience

• Education: A degree or diploma from a university, college, or vocational school is preferred (preferably in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field).
• Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and medical devices is a strong plus and considered a major asset.
• Portfolio: Relevant writing samples or a portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print formats is requested.
