Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, KS is seeking a Marketing Specialist to blend creativity and strategy across promotions, events, advertising, and engaging content.

You’ll plan and execute campaigns, manage digital content and print materials, track budgets, coordinate with departments, and handle vendor communications. Must be 21+ and able to obtain Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience or education preferred.
• Experience with social media management and content creation preferred.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use marketing systems and software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate records, reconcile invoices, and process purchase orders.
• Stay up-to-date on marketing systems, including the Player Database Tracking System.
• Assist with the safety and security of guests and Team Members.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll combine creativity and strategy to bring our brand to life through promotions, events, advertising, and engaging content.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous marketing experience or education preferred.

• Must be tech savvy

Experience in social media management and/or content creation strongly preferred.

Upbeat, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Computer proficiency required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position.

Swing Shift, Monday–Friday, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.

$45,000 annual salary.
