Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, KS, is seeking a Bartender to craft drinks, engage guests, and support a welcoming bar environment on a part-time, swing shift basis.
You'll prepare beverages quickly, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, and collaborate with cocktail servers to maintain smooth service on the casino floor. Prior bartending or guest-service experience is preferred; must be 21 and eligible for a Kansas Racing and Gaming license.

Prepare and serve beverages quickly, accurately, and in compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
Support cocktail servers and ensure a smooth flow of service across the casino floor
Ring in food and beverage transactions accurately and follow all cash handling procedures
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and ready for service
Follow health, safety, and internal control procedures
Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property happenings
Create a fun, respectful, and memorable guest experience
Perform other duties as assigned
A friendly, outgoing attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure
Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and high-volume shifts
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License
Bartending or restaurant experience
Customer service in a guest-facing role
