Job summary

Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, KS, is seeking a Slot Attendant Supervisor to oversee Slot Attendants on your assigned shift and ensure adherence to EGM procedures. You will resolve guest disputes, coordinate with security to deter cheating, and coach staff while upholding gaming regulations.

The role is full-time on swing shift with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be at least 21 and able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Slot Attendants on your shift.
• Ensure procedures are followed by EGM department employees.
• Resolve customer disputes as necessary.
• Coordinate with security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage EGM machines.
• Counsel, discipline, appraise, guide and instruct assigned staff.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Develop staff, conducts interviews, recruits and trains personnel.
• Promote and enroll Players Club memberships.

BHCR is hiring a Slot Attendant Supervisor! In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of the Slot Attendants during your assigned shift.

Examples of Duties will be:

Ensure procedures are adhered to by EGM department employees.

Resolve customer disputes as necessary.

Coordinate with security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage EGM machines.

Counsel, discipline, appraise, guide and instruct assigned staff.

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Develops staff, conducts interviews, recommends hires trains, disciplines, and evaluates all personnel in compliance with HR policies.

Promote Players Club membership enrollments.

Track and issue Players Club Cards for new and existing guest accounts.

Track promotional merchandise distributed through the Players Club program

Review Players Club activities and promotional status with the Slot Shift Manager.
