Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Marketing Specialist to partner with the Cx Marketing organization.

The role ensures content is accurately reviewed, approved, scheduled, published, archived, and reported across key platforms, while supporting brand marketing operations and related processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing ops, social media, and creative production, with familiarity in regulated content workflows and relevant tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, social media, brand marketing, influencer marketing, creative production.
• Experience with social publishing platforms and content management workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with regulated content review and approval processes preferred.
• Familiarity with Veeva/Vault, DAM systems, Coupa, and Notion preferred.
