Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will play an important role in developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

This position is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign performance analysis. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, email campaigns, promotional materials, and website updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related position.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, content development, and brand management.
• Experience using marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
