We are seeking a
Social Media Coordinator to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content primarily on Linkedin, working on existing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The candidate must have strong graphic design skills. Additionally, the candidate will create content in Salesforce Account Engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience working in Salesforce marketing campaigns. They must possess a robust knowledge of Account engagement.
This job is listed for our corporate office in Conyers, GA, however we will accept applicants for remote options also. Please do not apply unless you have high level skill set in Account Engagement in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of Salesforce Account Engagement Campaigns.
- Monitor Campaign effectiveness and manage distribution groups.
- Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
- Work closely with the rest of the social media team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms
- Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
- Work closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistency
- Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns
Qualifications
- Substantial Salesforce Account Engagement Campaign experience
- Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends
- Familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
