This position supports marketing efforts for outdoor resorts across the United States, focusing on developing and executing social media strategies, supporting promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

The role reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and collaborates with General Managers, property staff, Revenue Management, and the Corporate Marketing team to develop aligned campaigns. It is a remote position with some travel required.

Job Duties:

• Manage social media and support marketing for EOS Outdoors properties.
• Create content calendars and coordinate with property staff on content needs.
• Write and proofread social media copy.
• Assist with paid social media campaigns and content creation.
• Train staff on social media practices, including photography and live sharing.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain marketing materials like image libraries.
• Work with influencers and assist with website updates and social community management.
• Support email marketing and contribute to reporting.
• Familiarize with property amenities and attractions.
• Assist in developing advertising materials and perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills for high-volume social media content.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a team environment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and publishing software.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic to intermediate photo and video editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing is a plus.
• Some travel may be required.
