Job summary

Hearts & Science is seeking a Manager on our Marketing Science team in New York to partner with Directors, mentor analysts, and coordinate cross-functional efforts. You will translate data into actionable insights to shape the client’s marketing strategy and drive performance.

You will manage resources, improve processes, and communicate complex analytics to a range of stakeholders while contributing to team growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a quantitative, data-driven field.
• Strong digital marketing, research and analytics interest.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain complex ideas.
• Solid knowledge of ad technologies and research methods.
• Ability to go beyond descriptive analytics with predictive/prescriptive approaches.
• Willingness to take on ad hoc projects to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing work and collaborate with Strategy to drive overall direction.
• Coordinate with media and investment teams and external partners to deliver clear client insights.
• Serve as main day-to-day contact for clients, delivering timely responses.
• Prioritize deliverables and ensure timely execution to client expectations.
• Present recommendations and success stories through compelling storytelling.
• Introduce proactive ideas to meet client goals and drive business growth.
• Design solutions by anticipating client needs.
