Job summary

Vibe is seeking a data-driven leader to build and lead Marketing Science at Vibe, the first hire in this new function, reporting to the VP of Product. You’ll bridge data capabilities with client outcomes, working with Sales, Client Success, Product, and measurement partners.

This role exists to prove value beyond vanity metrics and shape how marketing data informs strategy. You’ll define measurement strategy, run incrementality studies, collaborate with Product and Data Engineering, mentor

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years in ad tech/performance marketing at a major platform or a measurement company.
• Hands-on experience running Incrementality, Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, MMM, or MTA studies.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on data exploration; a player-coach, not just a manager.
• Track record presenting data-driven recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders, using numbers to defend budget and drive revenue.
• Experience building a team: hiring, coaching, and scaling analysts.
• Ability to structure ambiguous client challenges into clear analytical projects with actionable next steps.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategy and frameworks for the platform and clients.
• Manage executive relationships with measurement partners and present findings to client leadership.
• Design and run A/B tests and lift studies to isolate drivers of performance.
• Hire, mentor, and scale a Marketing Science team; create reusable playbooks for campaigns.
