Position Overview

Our Client is seeking motivated and outgoing Marketing Representatives to join its team in Union and Troy, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with a degree in Marketing or candidates with 1-2 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience.

The Marketing Representative will focus on building relationships, promoting our client's restoration services, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys networking, developing client relationships, and working in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, business owners, and other referral partners.
• Promote our client's restoration and emergency services to residential and commercial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, community events, and in-person visits.
• Develop and execute local marketing and business development strategies.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and referral partners to generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Achieve individual marketing, sales, and revenue goals.

• Maintain an outgoing, professional presence and actively build relationships within the local business and industry community.
• Attend and host networking and industry events, including FOMA, Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant events, while representing Our Client professionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with multifamily communities, property management companies, fire departments, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Build business relationships across the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), construction, and skilled trades industries.
• Represent Our Client at community and industry events to increase brand awareness, strengthen referral partnerships, and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $45,000-$55,000 annually.
• Quarterly bonuses and commission structure.
• First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000-$80,000.
