Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Recent grads with Marketing degree encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years in marketing, sales, business development, or customer relationship management is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, business owners, and referral partners.
• Promote restoration and emergency services to residential and commercial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, events, and in-person visits.
• Develop and execute local marketing and business development strategies.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and referral partners to generate new leads.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, contacts, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and growth.
