Job summary

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is seeking a Marketing Recruiting Coordinator to strengthen hiring across West Michigan's marketing teams. This onsite role covers the front half of the recruiting lifecycle, building candidate pipelines and coordinating communications.

You will represent the company at job fairs and campus events, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive high-volume sourcing to fill roles quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, high-volume preferred.
• Strong understanding of funnels, metrics, and follow-up.
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake.

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is looking for a Marketing Recruiting Coordinator to help strengthen hiring across West Michigan's marketing teams. This onsite role supports the front half of the recruiting lifecycle, connecting motivated candidates with the right opportunities while helping hiring teams move quickly and consistently.

The position is centered on building and managing active candidate pipelines across multiple territories, coordinating timely communication and scheduling, and tracking recruiting activity against hiring goals. You will also represent the company at community and campus recruiting events as part of an organized, high-volume recruiting process.

What you'll do

• Manage the front half of the recruiting lifecycle for marketing roles across multiple Michigan territories
• Run a high-volume recruiting pipeline focused on speed, consistency, and quality
• Execute sourcing strategies to attract enthusiastic, motivated, people-oriented talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• Ensure timely candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring follow-up
• Coordinate onboarding steps to help create a smooth candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics to stay aligned with hiring goals
• Represent All-Weather Seal at job fairs, networking events, and college career programs
• Maintain organization and consistency across recruiting processes

What you bring

• Proven recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, metrics, and follow-up discipline
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High organization, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities
• Paylocity HRIS experience is a plus
• A proactive, positive mindset with genuine care for people
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-office, team-driven environment

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 per year plus a monthly performance-based bonus
• PTO begins Day 1 of employment
