Job summary

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is seeking a Marketing Recruiting Coordinator to strengthen hiring across West Michigan's marketing teams. This onsite role covers the front half of the recruiting lifecycle, building candidate pipelines and coordinating communications.

You will represent the company at job fairs and campus events, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive high-volume sourcing to fill roles quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience, high-volume preferred.
• Strong understanding of funnels, metrics, and follow-up.
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front half of the recruiting lifecycle for marketing roles across Michigan.
• Run a high-volume pipeline focused on speed, consistency, and quality.
• Execute sourcing strategies to attract motivated, people-oriented talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and role requirements.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple markets.
• Ensure timely communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding steps for a smooth candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics against goals.
• Represent All-Weather Seal at job fairs, networking events, and campuses.
