Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains marketing materials and data used by marketing staff to develop proposals and presentations.
• Leads prequalification efforts and supports qualification/proposal development.
• Assists in the proposal close-out process.
• Administers marketing systems, including codes and reports, to ensure accuracy of information.
• Generates reports on pre-contract status, leads and fees analysis, and other sales reports as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
