Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist II to join the West Water Marketing Team in a hybrid role, coordinating pursuits from capture to interview across multiple California offices. You’ll support qualifications, lead smaller proposals, and shape content with design and QA oversight.

The role requires proven proposal experience, strong communication, and collaboration across business lines, with a focus on quality and compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing with 2 years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals.
• Coordinate content for qualifications and proposals, including schedule and templates.
• Provide leadership for document design and edits for resumes and past performance sections.
• Facilitate color reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals.
• Manage revisions of proposals and presentations per review teams.
• Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses and capture planning.
• Complete internal debriefs and incorporate client feedback for improvement.
• Understand company quality procedures and approval processes.
