3 Rocks Engineering & Surveying is seeking a Marketing, Events & Proposal Specialist to tell our story, strengthen relationships, and drive new opportunities. This part-time role collaborates with engineers and surveyors on high-value proposals and leads our marketing, events, and public relations efforts.

You will manage digital and print marketing, plan internal and community events, handle grants support for R&D projects, and coordinate branding across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, communications, social media, or content creation.
• Ability to translate technical input from engineers/surveyors into clear proposals.
• Proficiency with Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Proposal writing and RFP responses with engineers and surveyors.
