Job summary

Citadel CPM is looking for an entry level Marketing & Proposal Assistant in Pasadena, California to support proposal development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, particularly in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

This role involves maintaining proposal readiness, managing content administration, and helping strengthen the Citadel CPM brand throughout Southern California.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in marketing, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Experience with AI & automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of resumes, project sheets, and proposal templates.
• Assist with CRM data entry, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate proposal reviews, interview preparation materials, and logistics.
