Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall Bowling Green is seeking a Marketing Promotions Representative to support promotions and events in a part-time capacity. You will greet guests, explain current promotions, and help run drawings while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and friendliness on the floor.

Please note that hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on business needs and promotional schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests with a warm, energetic welcome
• Engage with guests on the floor and answer questions about current promotions
• Help run promotional events and prize drawings, including announcing winners
• Help set up and break down promotional displays and event areas
• Follow all company policies and gaming regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality
• Comfortable talking with lots of different people
• Reliable and dependable when scheduled
• Clear speaking voice; comfortable using a microphone is a plus
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to pass all pre-employment requirements.
• Must be able to meet any licensing requirements.
• Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy
