Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, timelines, schedules, stakeholder communications, production logistics, and follow-up to keep projects on track and aligned with brand standards.
• Prepare meeting agendas and recaps; capture action items and route materials for review.
• Coordinate speaker prep and shoot logistics; manage files and version control.
• Provide weekly status updates on priorities, risks, next steps, and decisions needed.
• Support team ways of working: shared-drive storage, naming conventions, and email workflows for materials requiring review or reference.
• Senior Associates focus on coordination and execution; Managers may own workstreams and accelerate risks or process gaps.
