Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a Senior Marketing Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate diverse marketing initiatives. You will work with leaders, regional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and brand standards.

You will manage campaigns, RFPs, proposals, and events, while maintaining accurate records and supporting communications across the organization. The role requires strong writing, organization, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
• High school diploma required; bachelor or associate preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Establish project schedules, responsibilities, and approval requirements with department leaders.
• Maintain shared project calendars, priorities, and communicate progress and deadline risks.
• Coordinate proposal and RFP production under content leadership.
• Assist the Director of Client Services with sales materials and content coordination.
