• The Senior Marketing Project Coordinator independently coordinates assigned marketing projects, proposals, communications, events, and recurring programs.
• Collaborates with department leaders, regional teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver projects within objectives, timelines, budgets, and branding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates assigned marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Establishes project schedules, responsibilities, and approval requirements with department leaders.
• Maintains shared project calendars and communicates progress and deadline risks.
• Coordinates proposal and RFP production under the Corporate Communications Manager’s leadership.
• Assists with sales materials and coordinates content and design with department leaders.
• Reviews marketing materials for accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.
