About the Role

The Marketing Transformation program is a key enterprise priority for PayPal. This role involves managing project execution within budget, schedule, and scope constraints, while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with established processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

1. Creating detailed project plans and schedules.
2. Managing the RAID log, tracking progress, driving execution, and providing status updates.
3. Handling escalations and resolving roadblocks to maintain team focus.
4. Hosting and coordinating meetings with the MarTech, Adobe, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure smooth execution.

Basic Qualifications

1. 8+ years of program or project management experience.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Platform is preferred.
4. Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.
5. Proficiency in developing detailed project plans and timelines.
6. Experience working with distributed teams.
7. At least 2 years of experience with Marketing Technologies like Salesforce or Adobe.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing projects.
9. Proven stakeholder management skills, including communication planning and structuring.
10. Experience managing risks and issues, and leading project teams with offshore or remote resources.
11. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and adapt to the audience.
12. Ability to maintain control under stressful situations.

This position offers a pay range of $72.38/hour to $96.50/hour.
