Rad Campaign (RAD) is hiring a Digital Project Manager

Rad Campaign (RAD) is seeking a Digital Project Manager with experience in managing websites (especially on Drupal and WordPress), digital marketing, and campaigns.

This position is remote. If you want to leverage your project management, digital marketing, and account management skills to support impactful nonprofits and campaigns (such as Defenders of Wildlife, Brady Campaign, National LGBTQ Task Force, and others), you will find a rewarding environment here.

Job Responsibilities

The Digital Project Manager will primarily focus on account and project management (75%) and support content and marketing efforts (25%). Your role will include:

  • Serving as the main contact for clients and internal teams, coordinating project timelines and delivery.
  • Creating and managing project schedules for website redesigns and maintenance work.
  • Scheduling meetings and check-ins to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Managing kickoff and discovery phases, including documentation and communication.
  • Supporting web maintenance clients by tracking development tasks.
  • Estimating budgets based on past projects and team input.
Content & Marketing Support
  • Assisting clients with digital content creation, management, and training.
  • Managing Rad Campaign’s digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, content updates, and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, account, and project management, preferably in agencies, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, multitasker, and deadline-oriented.
  • Solutions-oriented in budgeting and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, and website CMS platforms.
  • Experience managing nonprofit websites and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Engaging Networks, or EveryAction is a plus.
  • Self-starter and team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
