Job summary

You will drive V&V and production readiness activities while coordinating with multiple departments to meet milestones. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and about 2 years of PM or technical experience in manufacturing or medical devices, with exposure to Lean Six Sigma and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2 years of project management or equivalent technical experience required.
• Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Medical device manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects/departmental objectives within the scope of the Operations Organization.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans with management and stakeholders.
• Determines project schedule by studying plans, estimating time, and sequencing milestones.
• Maintains multiple project schedules and coordinates activities to resolve risks.
• Allocates resources and defines project phases to control scope and budget.
• Develops V&V/Production Readiness objectives per QA requirements.
• Monitors progress with status meetings and cross-functional coordination.
