Job summary

Western States Metal Roofing is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of all marketing projects. You will own Monday.com processes, drive timelines, and ensure cross-functional teams and vendors stay aligned from kickoff to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or marketing operations.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on with Monday.com or similar PM platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaigns.
• Experience coordinating across creative, digital, content, web, sales.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines and hold teams accountable.
• Attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Experience managing outside vendors or agencies.
• Ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with leaders and contributors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing department’s Monday.com PM system.
• Build and improve project boards, dashboards, automations.
• Create clear project plans with deliverables, owners, timelines.
• Coordinate across marketing functions including Content, SEO, Paid media, Email, HubSpot, Website, Video, Design, Sales.
• Lead kickoff meetings and define scope, responsibilities, milestones, deadlines.
• Run regular marketing project-status meetings.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before deadlines.
• Maintain documentation, approvals, and decisions.
• Ensure assets are ready before campaign launch.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, IT and Leadership.
• Manage external vendors and agencies.
• Support budget tracking and reporting.
• Develop repeatable processes and SOPs.
• Post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
