  • Track project status, flag risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to keep initiatives on schedule
Product Launch Support

Social Media Management
  • Develop and manage the content calendar across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Coordinate creation of platform-specific content showcasing product applications, design inspiration, and installations
  • Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategy based on results
  • Stay current on social trends relevant to design, architecture, and home improvement audiences
  • Manage content production calendar (blog posts, case studies, project spotlights, installer/dealer resources)
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and copywriters on content shoots and asset development
  • Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all content touchpoints
  • Collaborate with web/digital teams on website updates, product page development, and UX improvements
  • Manage content updates related to new product launches, specs, and collateral downloads
  • Support SEO and website performance initiatives in partnership with the digital marketing team
  • Plan and manage production of sales and marketing collateral (brochures, spec sheets, catalogs, trade show materials)
  • Maintain version control and ensure collateral reflects current product offerings and branding
