Job summary

Millard Roofing & Gutter is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our in-house marketing function across roofing, gutters, windows, doors and siding.

This role leads strategy, executes campaigns, generates qualified leads, manages online reputation, and measures revenue impact across divisions. 3+ years in marketing with strong digital skills and collaboration with sales/ops required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in home services or similar lead-gen field.
• Proven ability to generate leads through digital channels and reviews.
• Strong content creation skills and ability to work with creatives.
• Analytical with ability to report on marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full marketing strategy for all divisions.
• Drive lead generation via Google Ads, SEO, social ads, and landing pages.
• Create content including photos, videos, and storm-damage educational pieces.
• Lead online reputation management and respond to reviews.
• Manage website, Google Business Profile, and online presence.
• Develop email/SMS campaigns to past customers and partners.
• Build relationships with realtors, insurers, and community partners.
• Track and report ROI to ownership on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, and production teams.
• Manage marketing budget and external vendors.
