Dana-Farber Cancer Institute seeks a Project Manager I to oversee project management and operations for their Patient Reported Data Program. This role involves coordinating projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance patient care. The position is fully remote but requires occasional on-campus presence in Brookline, MA.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Patient Reported Data, the Project Manager I will provide project management and program operations support. The Project Manager I will be accountable for ensuring the success of PRD solution development through each project phase, maintaining documentation of project milestones, and communicating project updates to PRD program leadership. They will also be responsible for supporting program operations including program communications, workstream management, and additional activities.
The Patient Reported Data (PRD) Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is dedicated to enhancing patient care through the collection of vital clinical outcomes, intake, and screening information directly from patients. Since its inception in 2014, the PRD Program has worked to build these questionnaires into the Epic electronic health record system and support their use. The PRD Program is in DFCI’s Department of Quality and Patient Safety and is comprised of a team of project and program management professionals alongside data analysts and information systems experts.
The Project Manager I is responsible for supporting the execution of projects that contribute to departmental objectives. This role involves managing project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members. The Project Manager will work closely with project leads and stakeholders to facilitate project success and address any operational challenges. The Project Manager will focus on executing project plans and achieving project-specific objectives.

This position's work location is fully remote with occasional time on-campus in Brookline, MA. The selected candidate may only work remotely from a New England state (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI).
