Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for an on-site contract role in Plano, TX. You will own end-to-end product launch operations, PDP lifecycle, and site experience management for a global electronics, mobile devices, and appliances business.

You will partner with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams to drive product data accuracy, content readiness, and successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy, and digital merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product launch operations, managing timelines and launch readiness across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the central PMO to align with Business, Marketing, Engineering, Development, QA, Legal, and Global stakeholders and ensure all launch requirements are completed on time.
• Drive launch readiness reviews, identify risks and blockers, and coordinate resolutions to maintain timelines.
• Ensure product, content, pricing, promotional, inventory, and site requirements are validated and ready to go-live.
• Coordinate post-launch validation and issue resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
